Change of Mind

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or full refund once evidence (photo/video) is provided.

Incorrect Item Received

If the wrong item was sent, we will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item immediately.
